PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE *Guitar Not Included* The back story on this couch is that the bass player from the 80s band Extreme as a concept for guitar center. He then gave the couch to a friend who kept it until he and his wife had to downsize homes. I got it from him semi-recently. It needs some very small basic repairs. Two small tears, both in the right armrest. Also needs new hinge. The door stays in place without it but to be fully functional it would need to be replaced, they run you about $5 each. If youre interested in buying but the damage is a deal breaker just let me know and we can work it out. I dont mind arranging the repairs .
