I dont even know where to start. I hope this review is able to help anyone considering this dealership. This is by far the last place I would EVER recommend. The vehicle for starters is obviously on the older side. They claim they inspect their vehicles yet it had severly warped rotors with little brake pad left. CV axles are toast and he immediately tried telling me they werent. Boots were barely hanging on and they were crunching and getting caught up. Front shocks creaked over any bump. They claimed tires were practically new yet they are 8 years old with about 3/32nds left on the wear bar. They sent me out after putting a thousand dollar downpayment. They said I would absolutely not see anything above 8-10% interest. I left the dealership with the vehicle that day. After that I never heard anything from them about a bank approval and thats when I started calling and texting the salesman Rob. I had to call every day to every other day, they would never call to assist or update me on what was going on. This went on for 3 entire weeks before I had enough. All they could do was blame the finance manager for being out due to health issues. The vehicle was driven from their dealer and sat in front of my house until i reached out to Rob to let him know I was bringing it back. Brought it back and asked how much of a downpayment I would receive back which I expected some of it to be taken off. They wanted to take off over $200 for their "inspection" another $250 for detailing a perfectly clean vehicle (btw they put tire shine on the mats which is insanely unsafe and slippery) and another $100 for every hundred miles driven which came out to a whopping $270 something return. I told them it was straight robbery and he proceeded to argue saying that they aren't a rental dealership even though I had to fight just to get any help from them over that 3 week time span. I HAVE STILL YET TO RECEIVE EVEN A CHECK OR MESSAGE FROM ROB 3 WEEKS LATER TO THIS DATE!!! This is by far the absolute worst dealership and I seriously hope people start to read these reviews. I have further filed through state of oregon, filed a dispute with my bank to get my funds back entirely and submitted through BBB. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

This review is late. I purchased the car in October. I found the vehicle I wanted, a beautiful cadillac srx. It was in pretty good condition. Rob was my salesman. He was really good, provided all the info I needed about the car, ang got me a finance deal that I could afford. The issue was, the rear hatch didnt work, Rob said their mechanic was gone for the day, to bring it back when I could. After 2 trips back to the lot, and 2 weak excuses for not being able to fix it. I felt I was being given the run around, I knew I bought the car "as is" and stopped wasting my time. Over all I'd say it's an ok lot to buy from if you get the right salesman, but be careful after the sale. They dont seem to care or keep promises

First impressions, sales guy was welcoming to Lot 99 and encouraged us to ask if we needed the keys to check out any vehicle. We checked the first main lot, it comprised of subpar vehicles. Most of these vehicles face lots of wear and tear, such as faded headlights and disintegrating windshield gaskets. Cars looked fine on the photos online and pricing was OK, but I advise to check the cars out really well in person. Also, beware of the neighbor's dog.

I saw a vehicle that they had for sell that i really really wanted, however looking at the reviews made me super nervous. I went in to look at the car and the team was right there ready to help with any questions or concerns I had. They were super patient and very caring all throughout the whole process. I put a deposit down on a car, and wanted to see if they can fix some minor things before I completely bought it & they were able to fix it for free without any hesitation. I would definitely recommend coming here

Buyer Beware!
Ryan and Logan were great. Found a car I loved, no hassle, no hard sell. I originally gave five stars, but just four days after buying the car, it broke down. They repaired it, but wouldn't provide any details on what was done, and they kept the car for two entire weeks with very poor communication. The car ran for eight days and broke down again. They kept it for ten days this time, and after we got it back, it ran for ten days and broke down yet again. We asked them to repair it again, as we've only had use of the vehicle for 23 days, and they refused, saying they'd done repairs in good faith and had no further responsibility. Apparently, they don't offer a 30 day warranty. So, in addition to all the towing and Ubers, we're now saddled with the cost of repairing the vehicle properly.
