Price is FIRM! This 1999 Itasca Spirit model 24V is 24’6” and made by Winnebago, built on a Ford Econoline E350 Super Duty chassis. This is a 6.8L V10 motor (gas, NOT diesel) with plenty to tow with and only 29K miles on it! There are no slideouts, making for lighter weight and less maintenance. Interior is in great shape for it being a 1999 model. Only blemish to note is some faint roof stain hidden inside a cabinet from an old leak, years ago. See photo. Coach exterior is smooth-sided. There is a short split in the back left exterior corner. See photo. Features: Sleeps up to 6. L-shaped seating with table at back converts to queen size bed. Dinette table converts to small bed and cab overhead bed sleeps another 2. Onan generator rebuild kit installed last year and works great. AC blows strong and works great. Kitchen stove and oven were never even used until we bought it 3 years ago. Microwave, refridgerator and freezer all in good working shape. 46 gallon fresh water tank. All six tires replaced early 2020 at Ramona Tire. AC cover on roof and bathroom vent replaced a year ago. Kicker interior speakers installed 2 years ago. 200 watt solar panel with 30A charge controller and dual 6-volt Deep Cycle batteries installed 2 years ago. It’s been great for us.
