Probably the best car purchase i’ve made just because of how well and helpful the sale went from beginning to end. As soon as I arrived the environment was very welcoming and the team was amazing and extremely helpful. Helped me get approved easily and really worked with me to make sure i left with what i needed. Special shout out specifically to Junior and Alexis, they truly made my experience the best.. i will continue coming back to them to purchase future cars. The car itself is amazing, they keep up with all of them so well. very solid car and customer service 10/10 overall. definitely trust coming here and know you will feel very well taken care of and it all feels very trusting, they definitely keep it real.

This has been by far the best and sale i have ever made ! Buying a car is so stressful and here that was not the case at all i felt at ease and they are so helpful and willing to help! I love the experience i hade and im in love with my new geep! Thank you pierre for everything you have done for us and helping us walk out with our new baby! I will be bringing my family over too!

One of the biggest things I hate is a bait and switch. This is exactly what this dealership did. Selling a car almost $5,000 more than the price listed on third party sources. I understand car prices may fluctuate and there can be a delay in updating other websites. However, the difference was unacceptable.

In addition, the car I came in to look at was actually being driven around by another salesmen and I waited about an hour for the guy to come back and eventually he never did. That’s poor business practice. So to keep me interested, they started showing me other vehicles that I did not want to consider. The pressure placed on the buyer was the worst I experienced.

My overall advice: be warned about bait and switch tactics.

Danny and Jeffery were The best of the best . Super fast , straightforward, no gimmicks , high energy and  committed . I met in the beginning of this year and he had the sammeee high warming energy then and now ! I was looking for a mustang gt at that time and he said keep and eye out for. I turned the notifications on for Keys Motors , that way I know when they get the  car I want . I always would drive by to see what they had in the lot . Yesterday I got the notification that a Mustang gt was posted and I did my quick search and submitted an app immediately ..No questions asked .They called me today and said hey we just started working on your app for the gt Mustang I will call you back in 10 minutes . I got a call in 10 mins saying hey I pretty much got you approved come on in we got yo you , I got dressed and headed over . I was greeted Danny even remembered me !! I was in and out immediately with the car that Iv waited sooo long to get (2020 gt mustang ) everything was fast and easy with no games like Iv been experiencing with other dealers . Thank you KEYS MOTORS!! IF YOU WANT A CAR … GO SEE THEM ..DANNY IS THE MAN!!!!
