Sansui 800 Receiver in excellent condition. The unit is accompanied by a beautiful set of Sansui SP-30 Speakers, original box, and documentation. I would dare to say the speaker grill lattices are in near perfect shape. Documents include the Front Panel Information and Component Connection Manual. Sansui receivers are highly sought after for their superb overbuilt quality construction and sound. This 22 watt early model are capacitor coupled and have nice warm sound just like the Marantz & Pioneer Receivers. This is a fully featured receiver with loads of features including the ability to connect two pairs of speakers at the same time and connections for up to two tape players. The unit has incandescent lights and I will include an LED kit as well. I had planned to upgrade the lights but decided not to as other priorities took precedence. Brief unit history: The receiver and speakers were purchased locally from the original owner. The unit came from a smoke and pet free household. The interior of the unit was amazingly clean for being 50 years old. The only issues included the usual dirty controls/ which resulted in a noisy and low audio output. The unit was tested, cleaned, deoxit, and now plays beautifully. The speakers sound and function as they should. The speaker box and lattices are in great shape! I currently use this system as my bedroom set. I have too many speakers and receivers and need to sell to potentially make room for others. Local sale only and will not ship.
