Good trailer everything works as it should good tires ready to be towed anywhere with most trucks I towed it no problem with a Escalade no leaks solid roof everything is solid it had two soft spots one by the slider door and one tip out had a soft spot but I cut them out and fixed them better then when it was new that is the main reason it needs new carpet in living room area other then the one window that needs to be fixed this trailer is ready to go a lot to list just a couple things here has washer and dryer hookups real toilet installed full-size refrigerator and more make offer maybe trade what do you have
