Satisfaction and joy is how I feel after working with Aventura Jeep! I have never left a car dealer feeling this way! As a single woman who works hard for her money, every penny counts and a company who respects that is worth writing a review about. I looked on the website and saw a beautiful Anvil colored Gladiator model! Wow! I got a call a wake up call the day after Thanksgiving and a follow up just to make sure it wasn’t a dream. It wasn’t actually a dream.  I got an amazing deal with a super low monthly mid 300s Black Friday deal, gift shop card and maintenance plan. I most definitely would purchase another car from this car dealership and I would recommend anyone to come and check out their inventory and purchase them a vehicle as well!

I bought a Grand Cherokee yesterday and I highly recommend this dealership! I was super nervous and Armando made me feel reassured and was patient and worked so hard to get me in the car I wanted. The process was so much easier than I thought it would be and now I have a beautiful new jeep! Armando, Todd, and Jean were all a part of the process and each of them were so kind and helpful.

I want to share my personal experience so that future customers are aware. When I went to a different dealership to purchase a new Jeep, I was shocked to learn that the vehicle I had bought from this dealer four years ago had been in two accidents, including one that was severe and nearly a total loss. None of this was ever disclosed to me at the time of purchase.

The car was sold to me as a regular used vehicle with no mention of its accident history, and discovering the truth years later was incredibly frustrating—especially considering how expensive the car was. It is unbelievable and disappointing that such important information was not communicated upfront. It feels like they took advantage of good, honest people.

My advice: do not purchase any used vehicles from this dealer based on my experience. Transparency was not part of the process.
