I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this dealership was so shockingly unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and dismissive. I asked straightforward questions about a vehicle I was interested in, and they either dodged my concerns or gave vague, misleading answers. It was clear they were not being transparent or honest about the car's condition or history.

The situation escalated to something I never expected. During my visit, the owner and his brother (who also works there) got into a loud, aggressive argument right in front of customers — and it ended in a physical fistfight. It was chaotic, disturbing, and completely unacceptable for any place of business. I genuinely did not feel safe and left immediately.

Purchased the car back over 2 years ago steering wheel has been jerking damn near causing me to wreck into another lane. Took it back to aj within the weeks timing. They told me they would fix it and when I got there basically called me a liar because they knew they had put tha car together. I’ve put more into the car than the note. He put two year warranty on the car and soon as I needed it the warranty expired. They put you in cars they know has a problem. Now I’m replacing everything under the hood out of pocket. With $516 note for a 2016 Chrysler 200
