Rufus was the ultimate funk band from the seventies. Here are four excellent albums featuring great dance music and very catchy songs. Chaka Khan had a lot of hits with Rufus and they got a lot of play in the nightclubs. Starting with her 1974 album rags to Rufus featuring Chaka Khan, the songs include you got the love, rags to Rufus, tell me something good, and love we grow, I got the right Street, etcetera. The next album is Rufus featuring Chaka Khan. From 1975 and includes Fool's Paradise, have a good time, everybody has an aura, Sweet Thing, dance with me, little boy blue, Jive talkin, Etc. The third album album is called Rufusized and it was also from 1974. This album includes the hit once you get started, packed my bags, I'm a woman, Halfmoon, please pardon me, at cetera. The final album is Rufusized. This one was from 1977 and includes that hits at midnight my love will lift you up, close the door, slow screw against the wall, Hollywood, Magic In Your Eyes, Etc. These are all in excellent condition and will be a great addition to your vinyl collection, representing some of the funky and soulful dance music from the seventies, featuring one of the most Soulful singers of R&B, Chaka Khan!
