I was looking for an upgrade from my old 2010 GLK350 to a 2025 GLE350. As particular as I was with options, color, etc., I was struggling to find the one I was happy with until I came across a vehicle at the Westmont dealership. David Legner called me to walk through the process for out-of-state purchasing, so I decided to fly out from California to look at the car and move forward with the purchase. David was an entertaining and professional - he ensured that I knew the key features of the car, and he also was proactive in organizing the shipping as well as MBUX registration. Kim was also patient in guiding me through the documents and explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated that neither David nor Kim tried to force me to add warranties - I’ve personally had bad experiences with those in the past, and as an out-of-state buyer, I could not trust their assurances on coverages (nothing personal to them). The car was delivered five days after I flew back from Chicago, and it’s beautiful. I appreciate your hard work in making the purchasing and transporting process smooth!

Came in for a recall and change cover on the passengers seat as it was cracked and they scratched up  my inside. I didn't notice it until the next day and called them right away about it, you can tell they were ticked off but they managed to somehow fix it. Also they told me I needed new tires however I said we were not ready to get them at this time (as my dog was dying) but they kept pushing so I said fine. Few weeks later my husband took the car for a detailed wash and noticed that they scratched every rim when they were installing the new tires !!!! I'm not happy! I spent money and ended up with messed up rims!!!! I told my rep and she said it was from pot holes which is absurd!!!!! I've never been more disappointed from this dealership!

I’ve had nothing but problems with my 2024 Mercedes C43 since purchasing from Mercedes-Benz of Westmont. Within a short time, the check engine light came on, followed by the air conditioning completely failing. Just as that was resolved, the check engine light came back again—this time along with warnings that the traction control is inoperative, rear axle steering is malfunctioning, and active distance assist is also inoperative.

This is supposed to be a high-performance, luxury vehicle, yet I find myself constantly worrying every time I drive it. I’ve completely lost confidence in the car A brand-new car shouldn’t be this unreliable or give the owner this much stress. Disappointed and frustrated doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel.

Would not recommend this model to anyone. I guarantee this car is a lemon

As of 5/25/25 the check engine light appeared yet again after the car wouldn't shift out of reverse properly
