I’m leaving this review because I am highly disappointed. I contacted major world looking for a Honda Accord that was in my budget range, made an appointment and drove a little over an hour to see the car, when I got there I was told I didn’t qualify for the car mind you it was a 14,000 used car and for sure I can afford and make payments on it, but based on whatever system they use I couldn’t get it. I was okay with it because I already had a vehicle that was paid off and just wanted something newer, they then told me I can get into an Acura which I knew was going to expensive but I knew I can afford it if I shifted a few bills around, a few days after getting the car I noticed the passenger door makes a weird sound, I contacted the dealer and they said bring it in, it is my fault because I just didn’t have time to drive over an hour and bring it in due to my schedule, I did get a carfax at dealer and it showed the car was in serval  accidents BUT no damage was reported, so like a dummy I let it be. This car has been severely damaged, passenger window is broken, missing parts to the hood, the entire passenger side was re painted. Right driver mirror was reattached and glue marks left all over it. Just a honk of junk. I have a personal mechanic who does my maintenance, he told me with the type of transmission I have CVT that I would have to do a tranny flush every 30k, got the car at 28k so when I hit the mark I scheduled to have the service, when I called the dealer to ask about the last services done they reassured everything was up to date, wrong! I got my regular oil change and my mechanic looked at transmission fluid and it was sludge and tar like, he said if i listened to dealer which told me I don’t even need to change the tranny fluid the car would have been cooked, my mechanic also told me that there is a leak and needs to be repaired, I had the car for 3 months and I passed the warranty they offer  to go and get things repaired but honestly they damage is done due to the accidents that the car has. I’m just saying to be aware and check all reports and don’t ignore any accidents even if they reported no damage it was a lie and everyday I’ve been finding missing pieces and parts damaged. Please be mindful and maybe don’t jump to fast with this dealership. I hope this review helps people be aware of what this dealership offers and know that there are better places more reputable places to go, even if you are having a hard time getting approved please keep trying. Go elsewhere, I posted some pictures.

Just purchased my fourth vehicle from major world. Excellent service from Omar and his team. Great selection of vehicles and within a few hours was able to have all of my documentation transferred over with ease. Highly recommend.
