Pair of Antique German Religious Prints in Original Wood Frames

These have been around considerably longer than any of us, and frankly, they’re holding up pretty well. This beautiful pair of antique German Christian prints comes in matching dark wood frames with gold-tone inner trim. One is “Das Leben Jesu Christi” (The Life of Jesus Christ), with a central Good Shepherd image surrounded by scenes from the life of Christ. Its companion, “Die Acht Seligpreisungen” (The Eight Beatitudes), features Jesus teaching surrounded by illustrated Biblical scenes. Together they have wonderful old-world character and would be especially striking in a traditional or Victorian home, cottage, church or chapel, or as part of a collected vintage interior. They belong together, so I’m selling them that way. Each measures approximately 19” W × 25” H including the frame. These are genuinely old pieces, not reproductions pretending they’ve seen things. There is visible wear and chipping to the wood frames, along with age-related toning, discoloration, and spotting to the prints. Both retain their old wood backings and wire hangers. Please see photos for condition details. $75 OBO for the pair. Local pickup is available near 434/Tuskawilla in Winter Springs 32708. Cash, Zelle, or Venmo happily accepted. Thanks!
