W with Chad Yessenia and Carlos the owner and I drove from Miami to close the deal only to have many things changed. First the price change then the loan interest rate change, and then documents I was signing were legally required, even though they were not. Be very careful with working with them. They have a Tesla model Y that’s white 125k miles and it is all banged up, Auto pilot doesn’t work, Rims are all bad scratched up, tires low thread and car software isn’t updating properly. None of them were willing to help with price to fix these issues.

You’ll get the typical, “but I’m not making a lot of money on this car” kind of things, but I would never trust him. I was about to leave and then they told me to wait. We’re gonna call the owner but only to have him give me off only $500 even though all the tires and rims need to be replaced, not to mention fix auto pilot. Missed my train home that cost me $100 and the Uber cancel.

He told me “oh I don’t know a lot about Teslas and batteries” but then later on explain to me exactly how they repaired one one day and that it was easiest thing for them so I would never trust this guy with a dollar of mine.

Please avoid for your own good

Took my son to purchase his first automobile today.  We chose LG Auto Group initially because they have quality inventory. Our first point of contact was over the phone with a very pleasant sales rep by the name of Yessenia. Once arriving to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by a equally respectful gentleman by the name of Henry. Upon meeting Yessenia in person, she definitely made the entire experience comfortable from beginning to end for my son.  He battles with anxiety at times, so purchasing his first car was a little overwhelming for him. She has extremely polite conversation with an amazing since if humor. Her smile, her laugh, and are ability to comfortably articulate the buying process speaks volumes. Thank you LG Auto Group and special thanks to Yessenia for such an excellent customer service experience.
