In excellent condition, but there are two small areas where the fabric is slightly flawed (about 2mm, see pics) near the hemline in back, but they remain discreet and are not noticeable when tucked in. FABRIC AND CARE: The fabric is 100% polyester. Machine washable with cold water, but I recommend hand washing due to its delicate nature to preserve it.
