Restoration Hardware Majorca Outdoor 5-Piece Modular Sofa in great condition! Perennial performance fabric in the sand color. Wicker frame is extremely solid, no damage. Teak wood feet. Modular 5 pieces and can be rearranged. Cushions are in great shape, minor sun kissing. One small tear that has been patched on inner back cushion (can’t be seen). Retail $10k, asking $3500. Pickup in San Carlos 92119 near La Mesa. Please be sure to bring a large suv or truck. Delivery included!
