02 Dakota Pickup Truck 4x4

I got an 02 Dodge Dakota pickup for sale. 4-door cab. 4x4. 171000 miles on it. It runs and drives but it is a fixer upper, I don't have the time or money to fix it up. The main problem is the transmission slips and jerks at highway speed but drives fine at in town speed. Anything over 50 mph and it starts acting weird. Maybe torque converter or overdrive, not sure. One of the wheel bearings needs replaced. Other than that it's a pretty solid truck. Fires right up every time. Good strong engine. Good working transfer case, 4x4 works great. Runs and drives good aside from the listed problems. I have title in hand. Never transferred it. Bought it a little over 2 months ago. Just bought a new truck. Don't need the Dakota anymore. Asking $2200 OBO. Also open to trades for another 4x4. Preferably something gas efficient like a V6 not a V8. Don't want a project vehicle would be willing to throw cash on top for something that runs great with no issues. Thanks.
