Just bought a used vehicle from Audi and the service was top notch.
Jourdan was a great salesperson. Car sales should take note. He saw us out in the parking lot browsing, introduced himself and gave his card and walk away. Five minutes later, he came out with water and walked away again. He wasn't too pushy, he didn't try to sale us without knowing our wants or needs. He allowed us to browse at our own pace was available when we had questions.

Jared, I believe the general manager, and Brandon, I believe the Service manager were both outstanding. Jared made sure all of our needs were met with the car. We had a small, persistent issue, and Jared jumped right into action and made things right for us!

I actually used to work at Audi when I was younger as a Service Advisor and our customer never received the treatment my wife and I received at Audi Arrowhead.
Not a huge Audi fan, BUT will 100% stop by Audi first for my next car. New or used.

I was looking for a vehicle and Joe Quiroz was my specialist. He is honestly great to work with—down to earth, approachable, and stayed on top of the follow-up. Initially, I was looking at a used BMW, but when that didn't work out, I found a 2015 Audi Q5.

There was a temporary issue with the Carfax accuracy that held things up, but Joe kept the communication going the whole time. A week later, he reached out to let me know they cleared everything up with Carfax and the car was available. I went back down and bought it from him.

This dealership is great because they don’t add on the typical markups like tint or paint protection that you see everywhere else. Even though they’re a 45-minute drive for me, it was well worth the trip.

The staff knows what they’re doing. They’re educated veterans and they care about who they’re selling the vehicles to , not just trying to make a dollar . Specifically, the associate named Tyler. After I purchased a vehicle, I left and then came back and asked him to help me with the audio connect my phone. He took the time out of his day to actually help.
