High quality playground purchased 5 years ago from playground kings on lambright Ave Tampa. Has two swings and space for a third, climbing wall, tire swing, slide, stairs, ladder, rope and plank ladder, canopy, and toy telescope and steering wheel. Wood is in great condition, a new coat of stain will keep it for another 5 years. Canopy has no damage or wear. The hand rail on the stairs need to be sanded and painted, the coating has come of and the metal below is rusty. Buy must disassemble and transport the playground. Playground is approximately 28 ft x 13 ft
