No rips on the pillows or the cover. But the Material is ripped as u can see on the pics. Swivels but bottom piece is missing but perfect to sit on. Have extra Material if someone takes the time to refurbish I am asking $80 cause the pillows are good and the Seating Pad No Rips plus I have the material to put over the ripped part $80 OBO
