If I could give 10 star rating I would . This outfit is the best I've ever dealt with. Not only are the prices unbeatable, the in store service and selection are everything anyone could possibly want! The salespeople are not pressuring you. They show you the selection at various prices. They explain things from brand new to new open box scratch and dent and check out is a breeze. Scheduling a suitable day for delivery, installation and removal of old appliances. Those are VERY REASONABLE FEES. My day I picked for delivery came. I received a call saying they were coming and approximate time of arrival. This went beautifully. They showed up ON TIME. That's a big plus in today's time and especially South Florida! The two really polite gentlemen unloaded the new appliances, brought them in very carefully and started to work one appliance removal. Got it out, and carefully installed the new one(dishwasher) hooking up water and testing it. Then the microwave was done, tested and perfect!! I could not rate any higher than 5, but again I'd do 10 if it was offered! Thank you again! I'll repeat if ever necessary with any appliance. Go here for the BEST SERVICE
