This is a 30 feet long 18 wide custom made house I built it for me and my wife last year this house is custom made to our style it was built with nothing but the best material since it was going to be our stay home perfect starting house plenty space full room with his and hers closet has a double sink that’s connected to the wall so it’s a flouting sink custom kitchen with built in cabinets so no cheap already made cabinets solid as could be sparkling white counter tops 9 feet spellings with organized can lights around full house has lights under the cabinets for nice chill nights selling fans has 1.5 tone mini split that cools the full house no problem recently added a 1 ton mini split for the master room didn’t need it just did it cause has sprayed foam insulation plus pipe all around the house comes with panel boiler ready to move and just connect to main pool you can even dig out all the cable to take with you so you won’t have to buy new one saves you money only selling it cause we recently had a baby and just want something bigger not in no rush to sell might just make it into my cave man it’s located in jersey village area in my land you would have to pay for it to be moved and installed to wherever you decide or perfect to rent out only message me if serious no rush In selling it if I get what I want it can be your beautiful future starting house
