The pin was part of a special promotion in conjunction with the 1998 Fall Dumbo Event, "When I See an Elephant Fly". Collectors who attended the event and signed up a new WDCS member received this Timothy pin as a special gift, or it was available with a Society Redemption Certificate for members.
