Such a great experience.  As a buyer in upstate NY, discovered online in late May a Picasso listing for a gorgeous Maserati gt in granito, low miles, great price, very clean condition and extensive car fax service history.  I worked with Lilly who was delightful and honest through the full interstate transaction from begging to end.  She was swift, experienced, and effective from sending detailed initial videos of the car inside and out, securing very fair financing with no early payoff penalty, all nys dmv titling and registration, and even delivery options at deal closure.  Through no fault of Picasso, the local dmv office mis-recorded some information extending the process a bit.  Lilly over the weeks long process still ALWAYS called, emailed, and texted me back, to keep me updated, even after closing hours sometimes.  After having some less than pleasant experiences at local vehicle dealers, my trust was fully rewarded by working with Lilly/Picasso in Indiana. Purchased my new but used  2014 Toyota 4Runner at Picasso imports. Lilly handled my financing of my 4Runner. She was very enjoyable, helping me find what I wanted and getting my purchase financed.. Within 1 hour of calling i had a scheduled test drive, upon arrival she greeted my family with unmatched hospitality and i cannot express in words how great it feels to meet such a caring soft hearted individual.

I strongly praise her work ethic as we arrived within just a couple hours before scheduled closing time and in order to close this deal she stayed for an additional three hours filing paperwork and ensuring i walked out the door in the vehicle i came in to look at.

You do not see remarkable representatives like this anymore she is easily one in a million!
