Place the pad on a clean, dry plate. 2. Before putting your pad into the microwave, make sure to fold the pad in half to prevent it from brushing against the microwave walls or ceiling while spinning. 3. Put the pad inside a sealable plastic bag to keep it dry while using the water heating method. 2. Wrap the product in the sealed bag with a towel to avoid direct contact with the walls of the pot. 3. Then put the pad into boiling water for 10-15 min. COLD THERAPY 1. Keep the pad in the refrigerator for 2 hours prior to use. 2. OR Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to use.
