BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
I bought a 2012 BMW 135i from a sells rep named Max, I’m a buyer from out of state and found a great deal OR I thought it was a great deal from this dealership. The sells rep lied about doing a inspection on the car, I asked for one before buying and was told it wasn’t possible due to them “switching systems” and was never provided one even though it was required to by my bank! Was told by Max who was a fellow service member like myself he wanted to be upfront and honest about any all issues about the car which he stated were ONLY a burnt out headlight on the driver side of the car. I went through with the purchase and shipped it to me here in AZ. FIRST DRIVE WITH THE CAR AND IT WAS SMOKING!!! I took a video and immediately sent it over the Max and got in touch with the service department and was told it had to be the run off of the chemical used to speak the engine bay, I went outside to send them a video of all the caked up and dried oil on the valve cover and asked them to explain it. I was met with please go out and drive the car again and see before we take any action on the car. Drove for a second time to be met with smoke AGAIN! Got Max on the phone and was told by him he drove my car GOOD and A LOT before I bought it and he never experienced any issues so let that tell you Something about how they use and abuse the cars before you get them,  he said something isn’t adding up and I’m making more of than I should, couldn’t believe that response and demanded my issues be fixed since I was lied to and mislead on the car having such a major issue. Also that burnt out headlight was not as simply as that, turns out it was failure of BOTH headlights adaptive multifunction use which he kept from telling me since there’s a constant warning in the dash which is only resolved by replacing each headlight 1k for each and also replacing the entire valve cover. After reaching our MULTIPLE TIMES TO MAX AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM IN MONTHS ! Still left with no reply after asking multiple times for updates and help!
Please beware of the shit show treatment you’ll get from this place if you aren’t a mechanic and know what to check for in these cars. They need to be sued for the lying and false advertising of the car they sell to people.

Purchased a car here last week. If my son wasn’t set on the car, I would’ve walked out 3 different times! Jonathan was super friendly on the phone and I expected to meet him, but instead had to deal with Max. This man barely spoke, had zero personality and quite honestly acted like he could care less if he sold us the car. Hopefully there won’t be issues with the vehicle but again we’ve only had it for a few days.

Easy peasy. Thanks to Max… Paperwork seamless, credit approval was easy and quick. Drove out same day. Thanks!!

Update: still waiting on second set of keys.
I’d suggest having your car checked before purchasing. While I accept the “as is” purchase, I didn’t make it 50 miles before needing to replace all of the lovely cracked rims I just put 30k on, after Max “assured” me it was ONLY just a quick sensor issue lol.
