1987 BMW K100

I’ve owned this for a couple years and bought it was a BMW bike enthusiast in Long Island. It has been great, but I don’t ride nearly enough. It’s in great shape for a 1987 and turns a lot of heads. It was known as the flying brick and travels comfortably at high speeds. It’s got power for days and is fun to ride 2 up. It has a very slight oil leak that will leave spots under it. It’s been like that since I’ve owned it. It has aftermarket hand grips that are heated. Has the original RS bars and a different rack. Mileage is unknown but the odometer is 8k miles. There’s not too many of these left that aren’t chopped. The throttle does not snapback super fast, but it’s been like that since I’ve owned it and I don’t mind. Fun bike, but it’s time to sell her to someone else that can ride her and not let her sit. Has battery tender included and has always been plugged in (the clocks naturally cause a parasitic drain, but I liked it so I kept it plugged in between rides. Did not get it inspected this year.
