Drove an hour away to come look at a vehicle. Did a test drive and returned to the lot. We had some questions and concerns about the suv, and the guy said he'd call us the next day with the info we needed. He never called.

I bought a car from them and a week later had to pay $800 in repairs that I was not informed about prior to buying the car. I was told when I bought it that nothing was wrong it with. Turns out the brake caliper was burned to the wheel which caused the tire to lock up. I was driving the car. The mechanic said that if I had drove it even a minute longer it would have caught fire. I had my two young children in the car at the time. I contacted the manager and he told me he can’t help me because my car “wasn’t in his inventory” DO NOT buy a car from them!

Son was looking for a work truck.  Drove 2 hours to see it and everything was rusted underneath, fenders were rusted to the point a piece fell off when I barely touched it and there metal base of the seats were rusted.

Quick auto sales sold my daughter a used car last week. Shame on me for not taking it to an independent mechanic, I trusted the dealership in saying that they have inspected their vehicles and are in good condition and safe to drive. My daughters car broke down on the drive home from the dealership.  I did an oil change the next day to discover that it was one and a half quarts low. I had to have it taken to a mechanic to have it assessed only to find out that there are about $2500 worth of repairs that are needed for it to be driven, including a new head gasket and water pump.  I am not knowledgeable about cars, but I would assume that a used car business would have a mechanic that would be able to identify a blown head gasket and not offer it for sale until it has been fixed, or disclose the known issues.

They have been completely uncooperative in trying to help us resolve the issue. We are not asking for a handout, we are asking them to stand behind a product they are offering for sale, at least to the extent that the vehicle can be driven home.

After at first being ignored for five days, after repeated attempts to reach the owner, I was called today.  He was inconsiderate, he argued with me that they completed an assessment despite the oil change done the very next day showed the vehicle being 1.5 quarts low and clearly not recently changes.  I was basically told that I am screwed and the best they will do is have the vehicle towed to one of their own mechanics, allow them to assess it and make the recommended repairs, and then we would still have to pay them for any repairs. No thanks I will take it to a trusted Mechanic, that is independent of your influence.

Make your own decision when buying a used vehicle, but I would advise any potential customer to look elsewhere, this dealership cannot be trusted. They are either incompetent, negligent, or both, but certainly not trustworthy and honest.

I hope nobody else has to go through the frustration and disappointment that my 17-year-old daughter is currently experiencing.  This business had the chance to do something right but is more concerned about saving a few hundred bucks, please remember that Before looking at a vehicle on this car lot.
