This is a limited edition from Bradford exchange. The artist is by Lee Bogle and a second issue in his series. Created in 1994 and is a beautiful piece by him. I have the original information that was sent with this piece as well as the certificate of Authenticity. It is titled puppy dog tails in the Heaven sent series. Approximately 8 & 1/2" diameter
