Vintage 1950's Little Brown Jug Karryall Model 8710 Metal Cooler Ice Chest Made by Hemp and Company in Macomb, Illinois U.S.A. starting in the 1950's, this vintage cooler is in great condition for it's age and is ready to be used today. The exterior paint is in excellent condition, as well as the interior which has no scratches or stains. The upper and lower rubber seals are in place. Please review all pictures carefully, as they represent the current condition of this item. Externally there are a few scratches, a slight dent, rust spots, and minor damage to the original label. The ad is from 1955 and gives addtional details about the item, original selling price, and is for informational purposes only (not included in sale). This cooler makes an excellent display item, or it can be customized, with pin striping for example, to pair perfectly with your other collectable items (i.e. car or boat). This is a heavy duty all metal cooler and is a great representation of how things used to be made. Overall dimensions 9" L X 16"W X 15" H.
