2009 dodge journey sxt Car has been sitting for a while needs inspection and also has an oil leak that I can’t seem to fix tried a new gasket didn’t work tried gasket maker didn’t work as far as I know that’s the main issue is the oil leaking Recently replaced right and left front lower control arms all four brakes and rotors valve cover gasket and 3 engine mounts will need 2 new front tires but a state certified mechanic said they can pass inspection
