Let me start off by saying this is one of the worst dealer ships in all of fallriver , do not purchase/finance any vehicles from Tony. I traded my Honda accord as a down payment towards the 2014 bmw 320i he had in the lot last month , I’ve been having nothing but PROBLEMS first day I brought it home it was raining so I woke up the next day with the car puddled in water on the inside making the car stink like mold like it’s been getting rained in ever since he brought it to his dealer ship . When I first test drove the vehicle I’ve noticed it needed brakes and rotors all the way around they were grinding extremely badly and had signs of wear and rust ! He told me he would see what he could do about it, he came to a conclusion and only installed the front rotors and brakes and leaving the back ones for me to do KNOWING THE REAR BRAKES WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR. I also mentioned that one of the windows in the vehicle does not go down at all and he done nothing at all to fix it . Also having ticking from the engine which sounds like a timing chain issue or the timing chain guides he took the car to “ his mechanic “ and said that’s how these cars run AND ALSO PUT A INSPECTION STICKER on it him self so that way if I take him to court it would cover him on his end . I’m supposed to get it inspected my self for my safety too know if there’s anything wrong with the vehicle MYSELF . Just over all he is no good he knows exactly what he sold me a peice of junk ! Nothing but problems and I’ve only had the vehicle for about a month ! Feels like transmission is going out . DO NOT FALL FOR HIS WARRENTY it’s not threw him it’s threw a 3rd party that is very difficult to get a hold of and paid out on . He makes sure he gets the most basic warranty package there is witch only covers up to 1500$ . What is that supposed to do????? . DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE IT WOULD BE YOUR WORST REGRET YOUVE EVER MADE IN YOUR LIFE TRUST ME . Every car in his lot has high mileage and has been in accidents . All pure peices of junk.

Bought a jeep wrangler from them and has a blown head gasket. I fixed the radiator, thermostat, temp sensor, water pump! After all the repairs it’s a head gasket! Was told he would send his mechanic to my house to look at it never did. Asked multiple times for help knowing I have a loan on this and the jeeps junk. Never helped me out wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Meanwhile they got a nice caddie for my trade in. Stay away if you do buy a car make sure you get a extended warranty or don’t buy a car from here
