First off if I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute wast of my life. Came in to check out a 2021 charger listed at 22k on the website with over 100k miles! Car looked good but they would not let me test drive. First huge red flag !!! Put in an application same day. Called a day later was told me and my co-signer were basically approved and just needed to go over paper work. Arrived around 1130 nothing was done, application wise they ran our credit once again multiple times and after 2 hours of waiting, these.. a word I won’t use, came back with the bank wanting 6k dollars down and almost 900! A month. Mind you I had just been financed 2 months prior on the same exact car 2019 with just under the same mileage for 600$/ month and 2k down.  How do you as a dealership even think to mention a deal like that to a customer. what a huge slap in the face and I would encourage none of you to ever do business here disgusting Absolutly applied at the disrespect !!!  😡😡🤬🤬🤬

Friendly and welcoming staff! It took a while to get the finances figured out, once we got that figured out I got a great APR and great service from John and the bank as well. Didn’t like that I couldn’t test drive but thankfully I picked out a solid vehicle and am super happy! Thanks to you all!

If I could give zero stars I would for specific reasons that I will explain. While it started out well and I did purchase a vehicle that I love the communication is horrible. I made my purchase was I informed the guy in the office I had a transfer tag he said no problem once my paperwork was complete and they got my tag it would be mailed or I could pick it up i was then told I didn’t have to pay anymore out of pocket costs the transfer was in my down payment. Ok, Im waiting for my tag it’s now 4 days until my temp tag expire I contact the office to enquire and was told that I needed to pay $250 for a tag I of course said something about the fee as I was unaware due to our prior conversation. However, I questioned the amount because I knew a transfer didn’t cost that much I paid it anyways. Long story short my tag is now expired I contacted the office 5x’s to question where was my tag they mailed me the registration not the tag the. I was told by the very nice lady in the office that my tag would be mailed in a few days well a week went by no tag now I’m furious I then called the office she’s confused can’t see in the system I’m asking for paperwork because I never got my copies now she can’t access certain info. So now I have a vehicle I can’t drive due to their mess up and not communicate in the office and never bothered to extend another temp tag u til they get their crap together to find out that the guy in the office over charged me for a tag I already had and I could’ve simply gone to the DMV to get my tag in which I did to be owed almost $200 my tag reimbursement plus the fee I had to pay the DMV to still be trying to contact them on 11/3/2025 and haven’t gotten a response nor my money. I live over an hour away I will be reporting them. So while I love my vehicle this has been my experience with them I have no ill feelings I would purchase again but this time I know how to handle business more better and to make sure I get copies before I leave and definitely to watch my money because they do not communicate well and I will one way or another get my money even if we have to go to small claims court. So again, make sure you know what you know before you go because if not you may get screwed  like me waiting on a tag after the hefty

Drove in from a add-on CarGurus showing a Ford Transit for the price of 15,556. After looking at the van and then asking the price they told me it's $20,000 out the door. Ask him what kind of dealer fee and where are they charging they told me $199 for the dealer fee and the 6.5 % sales tax. Then I showed them the ad and they told me oh that's just a price to get people that come in and then they add $2,000 to that price. I asked where this 2000 price add-on comes in and they didn't have an answer and was just told that's how they're told to work the deal and if you were to look the vehicle up on a car value site you would see that the price was higher than what they were advertising it at. So just know this is a waste of your time to come to this location unless you want to pay way over whether advertising for a vehicle that's just giving an oil change for its service at least that's what they told me the only thing that they do to the vehicles from auction.
