Whatever you do, do NOT buy a car here, this most unprofessional and untrustworthy car dealer in south Florida.
I bought a car cash from this dealership and was reassured by Gustavo that everything was in great working condition. I trusted his word, but just one week later, the car started experiencing major engine issues.
When I called Gustavo to discuss the problem, the moment he realized who was calling, he hung up on me—no explanation, no offer to help, just pure disrespect and avoidance.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It’s clear they only care about making a quick sale and have no interest in standing behind the vehicles they sell. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME🔥🔥🔥 ! I sent in a email request regarding a truck I saw 2009 Ford - 150 King Ranch . They called me back within the hour, Ian was pleasure to speak with and he was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I was inquiring about. Came in and I’m leaving with the truck of my dreams, pictures didn’t do it any justice compared to what I saw in person. The truck it was immaculately clean very well kept drove like a dream I couldn’t be any happier.. the manager made it a painless experience on financing and making sure that he helped me get into my dream truck. I’m leaving here ecstatic with the vehicle that  I just purchased from them.. if you’re looking for a vehicle this is the place, they have everything but don’t be fooled by the pictures  online. They don’t do justice seeing it in person. The truck was even better than it was in pictures.Everybody here went out of their way to accommodate and help me with anything and everything that I needed. I’m leaving here a beyond satisfied customer and definitely would come back and recommend everyone to come by here. I give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchase this as a gift for my brother… And if I could give madhouse less than one star, I most definitely would. First off Gustavo the finance person. Is definitely the most crooked of them all. He lied to me from step one. I think it all stemmed down that I went to get a $19,000 vehicle and by the time it was over, it was 23,000 by the time it was over, I was lied to. From the The beginning of the purchase. We sit down for negotiations. I was told it was 22K out the door…… I know they could’ve made a better deal. This is a 100% cash deal… I feel so disappointed that they took advantage of me in always.. And again, I complain about all the added fees and dealer fee fees, and delivery fee fees, and that fee and this fee and every other fee and the vehicle was not even cleaned upon delivery. Please, whatever you do think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership.

What a wonderful experience! First let me state when buying a used vehicle safety is the priority! We have been to places that have non working seat belts, missing seat belts, bad tires, bad ABS systems. You have to be very careful buying a vehicle in south Florida. Some of these dealerships are selling death traps and should not be in business.
Now on to MADHOUSE. Everyone here is respectful and provides great customer service. Gustavo is a kind and understanding soul. My husband qualified for a beautiful RAM truck. I waited 30 days to post a review. We have had no motor, engine, transmission problems with the truck. MADHOUSE is the only place we encountered that provides in-house financing AND a 30 day warranty. Every other place doesn't care if you drive off the lot and start having problems day one.
This business operates with integrity and we feel comfortable and SAFE in our truck.  We had a fantastic straightforward experience with no hidden fees or terms. I hope this review helps someone save time from going to bad dealerships. We look forward to doing more business MADHOUSE MOTORS LLC !
