Description

Either the Woodriff Key on the crank snapped and it jumped timing or the motor is locked, does pull but it is tight but it seems to want to fire and when it does it pulled the rope back, when I checked there was very little oil in it. Don't have time to mess with it deck is solid either u could fix the motor or replace it. $40 OBO it is belt driven
