23 ft length. 25 ft total length with utility box on back. 90000 miles on the odometer. E350 Ford chassis, 6.5 liter V8. I have spent, with receipts: 4000.00 in engine and drivetrain maintenance(preventative) 2200.00 in onboard generator maintenance. Two new custom captains seats in the front 1500.00. Headlights are new. I installed a new upgraded power converter that will charge any type of battery. Installed new vent covers inside and on top of the roof. New drapes and privacy curtains. Three new house batteries, front and rear(2-6 volt cart batteries). All interior lighting has been converted to LED bulbs. Interior upholstery is in perfect shape. Sleeps 4. The big refrigerator gets super cold. New cabinet hardware, throughout the interior of the motorhome. Kitchen cabinet doors refinished. The tires are great, lots of tread. New brakes. Every system works perfectly. The roof air conditioner gets really cold. Upgraded car stereo installed, with hands-free phone connection, including new speakers. Back up camera integrated into rear view mirror installed. Engine runs perfectly. 2-inch receiver to tow your boat or off-road toys or car. I need more room with two new grandkids. So I'm looking to replace it with a trailer. If you are serious about a great motorhome, you won't find a nicer one for the price.
