They take advantage of customers that don’t know basics about a tire or rim. Starting with Brian, I go into the shop to get a tire replaced and checked on and ended up getting a wheel that was not properly mounted which led to my rim driving me home five minutes after I left the shop. I called Brian back telling him what happened and he had to me spoke in a dismissive tone. I work at Toyota Buena Park and I get they were 30 minutes from closing but the workers in the back round of the phone were telling him to hurry and they were closing. They had no curiosity in their customer they just dealt with. You get what you see from this ally tire shop. Dismissive service as if you’re a unit to them and not a customer, and take advantage of ones who don’t know much about a tire. I don’t know why anyone would choose to go to this Salinas when the one down the street is freshened up and have quality service. Hector down the street on Whittier blvd is a prime example of that and Brian is not with an agitated tone in his voice the whole time. Dialog and Text messages as if I didn’t know any better. They charged me $120 out the door which is a great price for a tire and rim you’ll think, yet they gave me a wrong size on both without letting me know; width and height. They definitely boost their reviews with free beat up tires, etc.

Gave me a GREAT deal on a set of tires and alignment. Got a nail in my tire a few months later and the patched it for free. I will be coming back here every time I need tires and will suggest everyone do the same!!! Service 10/10. Quality 10/10. Timing and reliability 10/10.

Hands down the fastest tire shop experience I’ve ever had. I walked in due to a nail in my tire and I was in and out with a patched tire within 15 minutes. Super nice staff was an added bonus. Love this place!!

The real salinas tire, the only shop in town that can do small motorcycle and scooter tire correctly.

They helped me with two 12 inch this year, one 10 inch last year and one 12 inch fatty stretch 3 years ago.

All other shop I have been to either just refuse or bang up your rim and tire while mounting it.

Just ask nicely, reassure them they can do it and remeber to mark the direction.

I got a hell of a package and I'm almost certain they didnt even hook me up. Their prices are already the HOOK UP.
If you need tires you should come thru. I would. And again. And will for my suspension too.
I'm not sure if their warranty is as good as Pepboys but their prices are way better.
They offer financing as well which is very helpful because sometimes you dont have all that money on hand to get new tires I would come here they offer everything you need.  Just got this truck and now it looks even better.
