Porsche 944S Turbo V6 conversion

This was a complete 3.8L V6 Grand National Turbo conversion a few years ago that drove great. A lot of time and money went into building a custom one piece crossmember made for a 3800 V6 Turbo or older 3.8. Not just metal tubes as engine mounts. Modified torque tube and Porsche-to-GM adapter. Exhaust system from the turbo outlet point to the rear of the car. Rebuilt transaxle, Chevy S10 bellhousing for a FWD Supercharged 3800 and custom Camaro heavy duty clutch with Porsche splines. 996 wheels with two new Yokohama tires. Unfortunately, a tree landed on it and bent the roof down a few inches. The difference in this conversion is that a complete 3800 engine is about $500, can handle over 800hp in racing conditions and doesn't wear out until it reaches Toyota level miles. The car had been previously garaged its whole life. A real shame. The title is still clear though with no damage reported. $2,100. Located in Hendersonville NC.
