We may have been blessed this summer with dry weather and low smoke, but I hear the rain is coming. And if you need to walk, This is a smooth running treadmill. Works well. Maximum speed is 7.5 mph. It doesn't have any risers to simulate walking on a hill but it is a smooth running treadmill with variable speeds. We bought it new for $280 I can deliver it around shoreline but I won't be able to carry it up stairs.(Old basketball knees).
