I went in to look at a 2017 Audi A4 with intensions of only looking,I was greeted by Marcel, and after taking a copy of my license and insurance Info, he handed me the keys to test drive ..I was surprised at how clean the vehicle was and how  I instantly  fell in love with it.

This evening my husband and I have been looking for a new suv, as we recently had a baby and needed a larger vehicle! We were greeted by Blake, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the Escalade we were interested in. I wasn’t sure I was ready to pull the trigger and don came out to go over additional numbers. When we left the dealership to check out other ones, they were so kind and not pushy. After a couple hours we returned to make the deal happen! I was able to negotiate, which did not feel intimidating what so ever! We were able to be accommodated on a complicated deal with a trade in and multiple financial institutions from Marcel… seriously these guys are so kind, knowledgeable, and will work their hardest to make a deal happen that works with your budget! They even stayed late, as it was a time consuming process to handle multiple loans… seriously 5 stars!!!!

I cannot express enough thanks to Don at NW Trucks and SUVs! I'm a WA resident and had been without a vehicle for over a month, searching for an affordable Suburban. Feeling defeated, scrolling through used cars for sale I came across a very nice looking Suburban for a great price, with less miles than any of the others I had previously found. I called the dealership and Don answered. I explained my whole predicament and that I was determined to get down there that night to look at it and hopefully purchase. My husband and I made the almost 2 hour trip down there and got there at 5:30, they close at 7. Took it for a test drive, fell in love and started the buying process. Because it turned into a late night we were worried we wouldn't be able to finish and drive home, we started realizing we might have to drive all the way home and come back the next day. Don, selflessly stayed WAY passed his work day and did everything in his power to make sure we closed the deal and we did! We drove home in our brand new rig happy as could be and I slept better than I had in a month. He made the process so easy to understand,  he walked us through everything he was doing and really advocated for us when it came to getting the best deal possible. We are so grateful for the experience at NW Trucks and SUVs! We would be more than happy to make the 2 hour drive down there again when it's time for my husband to upgrade his vehicle 🙌

Found my sons first car on here. The salesman was very friendly until after the car was shipped to us. Then he was no help at all. The 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been nothing but trouble since they dropped it off and took my money. Battery died, and now the check gage light is on. Only had this vehicle for 2 weeks! & he was only able to drive it once. Now it's over heating. They lied and said there was nothing wrong with it. I would not recommend using them again.
