FREE. Couch/futon, pulls out into a bed. Barely used but was sitting near a bright window and got sun damaged. Leather material is dried and cracking but could be either reupholstered or used with a cover. Other than that, it’s in great shape. Must be able to carry it out. Entrance to apartment is up a half flight of stairs. It’s heavy so bring help. Sofa dimensions: 33.5” high x 81.5” wide x 37” deep Bed dimensions: 81.5” wide x 47” deep
