You would think if you get your car fixed at a dealership that is going be a guaranteed repair. I have no words for the experience that I have with this company. The amount of money I have spent is ridiculous and somehow the service team at Southern Team Hyundai still have yet to fix my Overheating issue. My car has been in the shop Since January on and off. I got my car out of the shop a little bit after the second week of April. My car has been in the shop on and off for months and the issue still isn’t resolved. Hundreds of dollars gone down the drain and not to mention A platinum warranty that I hold seems to be useless. I have spoken with so many people even supervisors and my car is still having issues. The service team here will for sure put a Band-Aid over the issue, but eventually things will not be fixed. If there was a way that I could seek Legal attention I would. I am currently in the process of talking to someone.

Appreciate, everyone's patience and kindness. I wasn't thinking I would be able to leave with a car but Jaden and Toney made it happened! Toney took his time to make sure he searched what I was looking for. I felt heard and appreciated. And despite my chaotic work life Jaden was very understanding and helpful. He explained everything in detail. I felt very comfortable as a single woman during this process. He was very transparent about everything. I highly recommend them both!

Have always had an excellent experience here. Very much improved from any other Nissan dealer( though Christiansburg location was great when I visited for service due to capacity). Service costs were always explained before work started, as well as finance options that were explained in detail. They have always been accurate when giving estimates for completion and have even provided a rental for past service. I would service and/or purchase any future vehicles here.

I recently bought  a 2022 Nissan rogue with very low mileage on it. I love the fact that the factory warranty transfers from the previous owner, as long as the mileage and years are in warranty range limitations. I found this out when I was having an issue with the USB and C port. I brought the vehicle in, even though they could not replicate the problem that I was having. They replaced the part free of charge. It was still under warranty!!
