I wanted to commend Mike Sudbrink (internet sales manager) and Josh (finance manager) who made the purchase of my new Ram 1500 a painless and actually a pleasant experience. Mike was upfront about the pricing and we worked out an agreeable deal after a little back and forth negotiation. They never used the typical high pressure sales tactics. Just direct communication. I also appreciated that this dealership did not automatically tack on dealer added options such as a bogus $2000 security system, scam $500 catalytic converter etching, or the cheap plastic $5 door edge guards that they markup to $500.  You always see these scams at other dealerships that add $5-6000 to the price of the car, but not here.  That is actually rare in this day and age.

I purchased the car online and over the phone from Los Angeles and Mike drove my new truck from Paso Robles to LA (over 220 miles) to personally deliver the truck to me (he also brought a friend following him in another car to take him back - a very good friend!). Not to mention this was the Sunday after Thanksgiving so traffic was not ideal. Just above and beyond customer service and much appreciated from a person who typically hates the car buying experience.

Bought my favourite car here a few months ago (total cream puff, great deal, love all the features). Took her in for her first service at Mullahey and it was a most pleasant experience. Had an appointment, was told a finish time, got a call while shopping nearby that she needed some parts, gave the OK, picked her up shortly thereafter. Good to go for another 7,000 miles. See you then Mullahey CDJR! Highly recommend this dealership for sales AND service!

Highly recommend. Always treat me like family when I go. They get me in whenever I need anything. The techs are super knowledgeable. The foreman even was able to fix my ford f250 7.3L when I damaged my cylinder head.

What an amazing team they have here! I got the truck of my dreams with THE Captain Nando and these guys always help me stay on top of keeping her going. They are always friendly and have a cozy little waiting area with wifi so I can get things done while I wait on my truck to be worked on. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new ride 🤘
