For sale - a rare vintage Yamaha PS-55S home keyboard from the early 80s. This is identical to the PS-55 but the PS-55S was a limited edition finish released for Yamaha's 100th anniversary. The keyboard itself is in overall great condition with normal play wear for its age, including a few marks and scuffs. One black key is chipped and one of the metal sliders is missing. It includes the original power supply. The PS-55S is a two-oscillator synthesizer with a built-in chorus effect. It features a 49-note keyboard, a built-in arpeggiator, and a variety of modulation and filter controls, along with a built-in sequencer and a variety of preset sounds. Yamaha PS-55 models were used by a variety of artists, including Depeche Mode, New Order, and The Cure and now you can add those tones to your sonic palette too. Enjoy!
