Can't say enough about how much I love this place! Of all the cars I've purchased and all the dealerships that I've been to, sales people that I have spoken with, etc John has been super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly straightforward. He knows his cars, he is a wealth of information and I never feel that he has steered me wrong, I've purchased three cars from him and I'm working on the 4th. They don't overprice their vehicles, they do a great job with informing you of not only correct information about the vehicles, but also really listening to what you're looking for in steering you towards a vehicle that is perfect for you!
Super grateful to have found them so many years ago simply by keeping an eye out for a good deal on my first car from them which was a BMW Z4!

Wanted to go see a truck I saw online. When I sent an inquiry email, John called me immediately. He asked when I would like to see and test the vehicle. I recently came across a 2024 Land Rover listed on the Radical Auto Deals website, priced very competitively with only 2,000 miles on it. I reached out and had the pleasure of speaking with a very helpful representative named Kenia. She recognized the great value of the vehicle and recommended that I secure it by placing a deposit with a credit card, which I did.

Two days later, my wife and I drove out to view the vehicle. However, after discussing it further, my wife had reservations about driving such a nice car in our neighborhood. I relayed her concerns to Kenia, who provided additional information to address the situation, but ultimately, we decided not to move forward with the purchase.

I’m pleased to report that Kenia promptly facilitated the return of our deposit without any issues. Based on this experience, I would certainly consider doing business with Radical Auto Deals again in the future.
