Description

A beautiful vintage dining room table. The table is made of mahogany. A "Watertown Slide Table" named because of the way it opens to accommodate the leaves (see photo for stamp on the underside of the table). A series of stacked blocks of wood slide apart to allow for the leaves to be dropped in. The table consists of two 8" leaves. So the table at its smallest is 44" wide and 36" deep. At its longest the table is 60" long. Legs/base are a beautiful design. Some ware from use over the years but in overall good condition.
