Description

Couch measures 87.5”L x 36”D x 28”H, chair measures 34.5” L x 36”D x 30”H. Brown in color with tan/goldish color ( not original to couch/chair). Furniture shows some wear(see pictures), I modified chair and added adjustable wood block legs so it can be placed on an uneven surface. Cushions have some stains (backside). Throw pillows included. This furniture is perfect for large space. Including blue cushions as well but are not meant for this set. I no longer need them. Blue cushions on top shows sun fading. Pick up in The Village of St Johns near Brownwood Square. You will need a truck. Delivery options available first additional fee
