Description

Very good condition 1931 Martin 2-17. All original outside of the upgraded bridge pins. One of the better examples of these models I have owned. Very resonant and loud when fingerpicked. Surprisingly light and easy to play. Some slight play wear on the top with the usual scratches/light gauges around the elbow area. The back has some play wear as well as a longer scratch as pictured. Replacement tuners. One of the tuners has a slight bend to the post, but tunes and stays in tune perfectly fine. Very small repaired headstock chip near the high e tuner as pictured. Super stable and not moving. Intonation is good, but would benefit from a neck set. Still very playable, but action has room to be lowered. Comes with Eastman soft case as pictured. Willing to ship or drive a reasonable distance. Always open to offers!
