Everything you need to train at home. This is perfect for a beginner wanting something to train on or just do some conditioning. All information in pictures. This is the uplift active rig. The rig alone was over $1k...but im selling the rig, yellow silk fabric, crash mat, carabiner, swivel carabiner ..everything in the picture s of me. I recently moved and no longer have the space to set up. It is easy set up and take down ..easier with 2 people but 1 person can also do it.
