2010 KIA FORTE, JUST RECENTLY SERVICED, AND ALL OF THE MAINTENACE SERVICES COMPLETED, RUNS AND DRIVES PERFECT, THIS IS THE BEST CAR YOU CAN GET FOR THE MONEY, IT IS VERY RELIABLE, ECONOMICAL AND WELL BUILT, THIS CAR WAS A THEFT RECOVERY, SO IT DOES HAVE SALVAGE/ REBUILT HISTORY. BUT IT WAS NOT IN ANY ACCIDENTS, PASSED ALL OF THE NECESSARY INSPECTIONS, GREAT CAR VERY ECONOMICAL.

We had an issue with our vehicle, and were looking for reliable Repair Shop to diagnose and repair the issue. After doing some research we contacted Carcraft, and were able to bring our vehicle in right away. This is a professional shop and everything looks organized. The office is clean. Kind of place where you bring your car and you feel good about it. The great thing is they offer Loaners at very reasonable prices, and offer Towing services. The best part is Chester and his crew. Friendly and outgoing people, and very professional. When you talk to Chester you get a feeling that you can trust this guy and leave your car in good hands. The repair was very reasonably priced and they did not try to sell us on imaginary repair needs like other places do. Just told us what else needed to be done urgently and I agreed with it. Very happy with all the repairs, the convenience of having a great Loaner vehicle for our use. It was great meeting and interacting with Chester. Save yourself from getting ripped off somewhere else and take your vehicle to a professional, one stop shop for all your vehicle needs, and take your car to honest Repair Professional. That’s what Carcraft will offer. People who know stuff happens in life and try to make it easy for you, and go above and beyond to accommodate you. It’s rare to find these days. I’ve had some issues with suspension in my Audi. My car spent there 4 days but those guys fixed any problem I’ve had and found some more that other shops did not (they stated it’s ok). Prices were reasonable , every repair was consulted with me beforehand. Very good communication with the shop. They recommended additional service and did bot try to upsell me when declined.

Carcraft is a very honest and reliable shop. I needed an AC condenser and they were cheaper than the first 2 shops I called for an estimate by a good amount. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours from calling. I also asked them to take a look at a couple other things they could have easily sold me on and they suggested it did not need replacing but they would give me a discount if I wanted to do it proactively but that it probably wasn't necessary yet. This level of transparency is hard to come by in this industry. Will definitely be back for future services.
