Description

Braised plate heat exchanger Stainless plates 25plate x 16in long This thing works great! Was able to chill 15 gallons of beer down to pitch temp in 5-15 minutes depending on the time of year. Meticulously cleaned and maintained, with regular oven “bakes” to get any captured solids loose. I never had issues with this thing fouling a batch of beer, I am just moving to an immersion chiller because I don’t want to spend the time working on this one to keep it clean.
